Karen Hay (she/her)

Karen Hay is a Digital Transformation Lead for Health Industry; Go-To-Market Strategist, Public Sector with Salesforce. Previously, she spent more than 20 years in the public sector in Canada. As the Director of Public Health IT Solutions, Karen led Ontario’s technology response to the COVID-19 pandemic, developing and implementing new provincial systems for case and contact management, vaccine administration and appointment booking. Karen holds an honors B.Sc. in microbiology and immunology and an M.Sc. in medicine/community health and epidemiology from the University of Saskatchewan. She was the 2019 recipient of Digital Health Canada’s Leadership in Digital Health Award.
