Director of Federal Partnerships and Agency Success, White House Presidential Innovation Fellows

Elise serves as the Director of Federal Partnerships and Customer Success at the Presidential Innovation Fellows where she is focused on expanding digital transformation across government. Elise has over 10 years of policy and government relations experience and has a background focused on science and technology. She has worked for NASA, a technology start up, non profit, and local government. Elise is a big-picture thinker who's passionate about civic innovation and social justice. In her free time she is often consuming international crime dramas, afrobeats, and sparkling wine. She holds an undergraduate degree from Bryn Mawr College and MPA from the University of Pennsylvania.
