Dea has been with the BC Government for 6 years and she has been working in the tech and digital talent space since 2018. Her work is about finding, attracting, recruiting, and retaining Digital Talent to build high performing teams to enable and support the creation of modern services that citizens want and need.

Dea's educational background are in the Social Sciences and Public Policy. Always an enthusiastic learner, she has immersed herself into other disciplines such as Product Management, Agile and Scrum, Human-Centric Design, Behavioural Science, and Organizational Design and Development.

If she's not listening to a podcast while going for a long walk, Dea loves to eat and cook for her loved ones.
