Erin O’Halloran (she/her)

Spanning more than 20 years in various strategic, enterprise and business development roles across the healthcare industry, Erin is motivated by finding innovative ways to tackle complex problems. Throughout her career in BioPharma, medical device and startups, she has advocated for patient and citizen needs by identifying opportunities in underserved markets and delivering cross-functional strategies to address them.

As a trusted advisor to several firms while Principal Consultant for Foster & Spark Consulting, O’Halloran developed, customized, and implemented strategic solutions for each organization that resulted in measurable successes. As a college instructor, she lent her business and strategic expertise to guide her students’ understanding of challenging concepts and problem-solving with critical-thinking and practicality. Erin volunteered as a Board Director for the Royal Columbian Hospital Foundation for 7 years, and has devoted her career to helping her customers and clients improve the healthcare system and impact meaningful change.

In her current role with AWS as the Healthcare Lead for the Western Canada Public Sector, she works closely with partners, health authorities and Ministries of Health to support their journey to the cloud.
