With over 20 years of experience as a digital strategy leader Ebony, currently a Director in the Ontario Digital Service, has a wealth of stories to share about the challenges and rewards experienced when working to change the culture of service delivery in the government, motivating innovative teams and striving to solve the right problems that will improve user experiences.
